Abe J. Hitow, age 90, died on October 10, 2020 in York, PA. Survived by daughters Tobi Hitow Karch, Rhonda (Gary) Golman and Marla (Bruce) Speir; grandchildren Megann Karch, Alex Karch, Adam (Maia) Golman, Daniel Golman, Eric (Liba) Golman, Matthew Speir and Connor Speir; and two great grandchildren. Abe’s loyal cat companion Nikki faithfully remained by his side through his last moments.

Born in Bay City, Michigan, Abe spent most of his life in the Detroit area before moving
to PA 4 years ago. A proud Army veteran of the Korean War, Abe was preceded
in death by his wife Annette and son Michael.

Graveside services will be held at Bay City Community Jewish Cemetery
on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc.,
863 South George Street, York, is assisting with arrangements. Memorial
contributions may be directed to Pappus House, 253 Cherry St, York, PA 17402.
