Adrian M. Snare

Adrian M. Snare, age 81, of Goldsboro, died at 7:53 PM Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill.  He was the husband of Lorraine C. (Lingle) Snare.  Their 48 years of marriage was cherished by both his wife and daughter.

Born March 30, 1940 in Charleston, SC, he was a son of the late Philip van der Goes and Virginia Branham.  He served in the US Air Force, and was employed at BMY/United Defense in various positions. He enjoyed old automobiles, organic gardening, and the Three Stooges.  

In addition to his wife, Mr. Snare is survived by a daughter, Suzanne M. Fisher, and her husband Chris L., of York; a sister, Elizabeth van der Goes; a brother, Philip van der Goes, both residing in Pennsylvania; three half-siblings, Deborah, Jonathon, and Theresa, of Vancouver, Canada; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, with full military honors.  William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
