Anna L. Oerman

Anna L. Oerman, age 95, of Manchester Township, York, died Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Rest Haven -York. She was the former wife of the late Richard E. Oerman.

Born September 11, 1926, in York, a daughter of the late Edward L. and Anna B (Sheaffer) Eisenhour, she had worked for H&R Block for more than 20 years and was also a bookkeeper and dispatcher for the family business, Oerman Towing and Road Service. She was an avid bowler and in leagues for many years.

Mrs. Oerman is survived by a son, Richard E. Oerman, II., of York; a daughter, Deborah Ahrens; seven grandchildren, Lonnie, Shelby, Chad, Brock, Kayla, Michael, and Eric; 19 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Lonnie and Steven Oerman; two grandchildren, Travis and Tracy Oerman; three brothers, Ken, Raymond, and Clair “Bud” Eisenhour; and four sisters, Helen Shultz, Elsie Lehman, Miriam Fuller, and Evelyn Adams.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York. Visitation will be 2-3:00 PM. Burial will be private.
