Annabelle DeHoff

Annabelle Crowl DeHoff, age 91, York, died at 9:47 AM Friday, July 29, 2022 at Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late Jacob R. DeHoff.

Born February 25, 1931, in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late James Eves and Sarah Beatrice (Crew) Crowl, she was a 1949 graduate of William Penn High School.  She worked for a number of physician offices in administration, and was retired from the Wynfield Club.  She was a member of the Garden Club of York, and was a life long volunteer for the Salvation Army

Mrs. DeHoff is survived by two sons, Gregory J. DeHoff, and his wife Debra of York, and Steven R. DeHoff, and his wife Debra, of York; and two grandsons, Jonathon C. DeHoff, and Michael A. DeHoff.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, J. William Crowl; and two sisters, Rebecca Kroh, and Lorraine Best.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Mount Rose Cemetery with The Rev. Wayne Shamer, of Violet Hill United Methodist Church, officiating. Guests are invited to gather at Mount Rose Avenue entrance to the Cemetery at 9:45 AM. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army York Corps, 50 East King Street, York PA 17401.
