Arlene E. Bare, age 77, of Manchester Township, York, died at 6:00 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2026, UPMC Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Dale E. Bare, Sr.

Born June 17, 1948, in York, a daughter of the late Ernest and Sara (Adams) Bruaw, she retired from Dentsply International.

Mrs. Bare is survived by two daughters, Donna A. Ward, of Manchester, and Tammy L. Eckenrode, of York; a son, Dale E. Bare, Jr., of York; three granddaughters, Tiffany, Casandra, and Olivia; one great granddaughter, Sydney; and six sisters, Linda, Darlene, Sara “Ernie”, Cindy, Jackie, and Mary. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Colleen.

William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of private arrangements, with burial in Cassel Cemetery.
