Carolyn L. Hartig

Carolyn L. Hartig, age 85, of Dover Township, Dover, died at 11:03 PM
Saturday, January 2, 2021 at York Hospital. She was the wife of George O.
Hartig.

Born March 29, 1935 in York, the daughter of the late George Lauer and the
late Lina Coulson, she was a 1953 graduate of York High School and of the
Bowling Green Business School. She had retired from Danskin and attended
Providence Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed making miniature doll houses.
In addition to her husband of 65 years, Mrs. Hartig is survived by two
daughters, Melissa A. Church, and her husband Peter J., of York, and Pamela
S. Parker, and her husband Robert, of York; and a grandson, Bradley J.
Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 PM Monday, January 11, 2021 at The
Semmel Chapel of Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849
East Market Street, York, with Mr. Darryl MacPherson officiating. Visitation
will be 12:30-1:30 PM. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
