Carolyn A. Innerst

Carolyn A. Innerst, age 84, of York Township, Dallastown, died at 2:05 AM Monday, September 18, 2023, at Senior Commons at Powder Mill. She was the wife of the late Jay E. Innerst.

Born November 25, 1938, in York County, the daughter of the late Jesse and Florence (Hamberger) Hartman, she was a member of Saint John’s Blymire’s United Church of Christ in Dallastown.

Mrs. Innerst is survived by a son, Daniel J. Innerst, and his wife Beth, of Dallastown, three daughters, Cindy L. Axe, and her husband Mike, of Dallastown, Sandy L. Innerst, of Dallastown, and Julie A. Brody, and her husband Steve, of Springfield, Virginia; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Ronald Hartman, of Dallastown.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, September 25, 2023, at Saint John’s Blymire’s United Church of Christ, 1009 Blymire Road, Dallastown, with The Rev. Rick Pulling officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM.  Burial will be private.  Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
