Charles J. Snelbaker, age 91, of Manchester, died at 6:15 AM Friday, April 5, 2024, at SpiriTrust Lutheran. He was the husband of Throena M. (Bailets) Snelbaker.

Born October 26, 1932, in York County, a son of the late Charles B. and Ruth (Witmer) Snelbaker, he retired as a Superintendent for Caterpillar, Inc. after 38 years of employment. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean war.

In addition to his wife of more than 63 years, Mr. Snelbaker is survived by a son, Kevin C. Snelbaker, and his wife Wendy, of Etters; a sister, Karen Shaffer, of Manchester; and a brother, Keith Snelbaker, of Arizona.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, The Rev. David Tietje officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens.
