Daisy Mae Wilt

Daisy Mae Wilt, age 94, of Dover, died at 5:30 AM Tuesday, July
21, 2020 at Country Meadows of York-West. She was the wife of
the late Ray E. Wilt, Sr.

Born November 4, 1925, in Hobgood, North Carolina, she was the
daughter of the late Luther and Sadie (Weathersbee) Cowey. She
was retired from Met-Ed, as a Senior Clerk, and was a member of
the Daughters of American Colonists, York Quilters' Guild,
Conewago Garden Club, Met-Ed Retirees Association and the
Shiloh American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Wilt is survived by three grandchildren, Inesa Herman, of
Manchester, Ray E. Wilt III, of New Hampshire, and Drew Wilt, of
York; and two great grandchildren. She was also preceded in
death by a daughter, Shirley A. Herman; a son, Ray E. Wilt, Jr.; and
two brothers, Leroy and Bob Cowey.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Monday, July 27,
2020, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main
Street, Manchester, with The Rev. Jonathan Bowers, Pastor of
Newberrytown Church of God, officiating. Viewing will be 9:30-
10:30 AM. Burial will be in Quickel Church Cemetery, Zion's View.
