Dale E. Lefever, Jr.

Dale E. Lefever, Jr., age 69, of Dover, died at 1:34 PM Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Inners Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Dallastown.

Born July 18, 1956, in York, a son of Sandra (Woods) Lefever, of West York, and the late Dale E. Lefever, Sr.  He was a graduate of York VoTech and worked for Stone Container for more than twenty years and then worked for Colony Park Lanes North as a maintenance mechanic.  He was a member of Refuge Baptist Church, in Lewisberry, the National Rifle Association, and United States Concealed Carry Association. He also enjoyed playing pool.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Lefever is survived by two sons, Brett A. Lefever, and his wife Tabitha, of Dover, and Jared L. Lefever, and his wife Vikki, of Dover; four grandchildren, Jerell, Justis, Aleta, and Skylur; two great grandchildren, Rue and Killian; a brother, David Lefever, of Manchester; and two sisters, Connie Landis, of Dover, and Cathy Klinedinst, of West York. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Cameryn.

Funeral services are scheduled for 12:30 PM Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Refuge Baptist Church, 736 Wyndamere Road, Lewisberry, with Pastor Brian King officiating. Visitation will be from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM. A luncheon with the family will immediately follow the service. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, is assisting with arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses during this difficult time.
