Deborah (Deb) Stubbs (Shaffer) entered into The Lord’s Kingdom on June 18th, 2026, at her home in the presence of her granddaughter, Taylor M. Stubbs and grandson, Kyle Music. She was reunited in eternal peace with her husband, Jeffrey L. Stubbs. She is also preceded in death by her mother, Margaret E. Shaffer (Weckesser), and Jackie L. Shaffer.

She was a graduate of West York Area High School 1972. After graduation, Deb followed her husband who was serving in the Air Force. Deb was a devoted teachers aid at Temple Baptist Church for over 30 years until they closed their doors. She then became a member at Cornerstone Bible Church where she taught and attended worship service.

Deb is survived by her sister, Barbara Zinn (Shaffer) and brother, Jackie Shaffer, her daughter, Jennifer L. Music, four grandchildren, Taylor M. Stubbs, Emily L. Rowe, Mary-Jane, and Kyle Music, nephew, Brandon Kilburn, and three great-grandchildren.

Her memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Cornerstone Bible Church, 3500 Cardinal Lane, Dover, PA 17315, with Pastor Matthew Sandorfi officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
