Delphine L. Blalock, age 68, of Jackson Township,
Thomasville, died at 4:51 PM Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at
Wellspan York Hospital.
Born April 24, 1952 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the
late Charles H. Miller, Jr., and the late Naomi (Nace) Miller.
She had worked at Hoss’s Steak House as a cook, meat
cutter, and manager for more than 20 years and at Rutter’s
in Thomasville for the past four years. She was a member of
Nashville Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary.
Mrs. Blalock is survived by two sons, Conway M. Blalock, and
his wife Karen King, of York, and Aaron J. Blalock, and his wife
Tammy, of Lewisberry; two grandsons, Justin and Nick; a
sister, Vestine L. McCandless, and her husband Terry, of
Thomasville; and two brothers, William E. Miller, and his wife
Vicki, of York, and Edward E. Miller, and his wife Brenda, of
Spring Grove. She was also preceded in death by a brother,
Charles H. Miller, III.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday,
January 26, 2021 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors,
Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with The Rev. James
Dinger officiating. Viewings will be 5-6:00 PM Monday and 9-
10:00 AM Tuesday. Burial will be in Christ Roth Lutheran Cemetery, Spring
Grove. The service will be live streamed at www.Facebook.com/KuhnerAssociates.
