Dennis J. Lease, age 74, of North York Boro, died at 5:33 PM Saturday, July 19, 2025, at his residence.

Born July 16, 1951, in York, a son of the late Harry M. Lease and Grace E. (Hoffman) Miller, and stepson of the late David E. Miller, he retired from Osram Sylvania, where he had worked as a machine operator.   He was an avid Model Railroad and Model Car enthusiast, as well as Civil War History and Civil War era trains.

Mr. Lease is survived by his former spouse, Bonita (Heindel) Lease, of North York; a stepdaughter, Danielle M. Frantz, of North York; two stepsons, Sheldon A. Frantz, and his wife Jennifer, of Dover, and Mark E. Frantz, and his wife Jennifer, of West York; four step-grandchildren; a step-great granddaughter; and a cousin, Linda Strickler, and her husband Bob, of York.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2025, at Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 E. Market Street, York, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Viewing will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
