Diane M. Burger

Diane M. Burger, age 58, of Hellam Township, York, died at 9:10 PM Friday, April 3, 2026, at her residence. She was the companion of Brian L. Greenawalt for 26 years.

Born September 21, 1967, in Wilmington, Delaware, she was a daughter of the late Delmer D. and Arlene E. (Fisher) Willen. She worked as a manager for McDonald’s on East Market Street and enjoyed puzzles, camping, road trips, and her beloved cats.

Diane is also survived by her children, Brianna L. Greenawalt of York, Brian L. Greenawalt, of York, Chris Burger, of Dover, and Will Burger, of Willow; two grandchildren, William and Brody; a brother, Kenneth; and two sisters, Michelle and Lois.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM. Burial will be private.
