Dolores M. Stuart, age 94, of Springettsbury Township, York, died Thursday, September 19, 2024, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Wayne B. Stuart.

Born May 28, 1930, in York, the only child of the late Roy and Mae (Hershey) Hershey, she worked for Motor Freight Express and was a former member of Order of the Eastern Star. In earlier years she had been a dancer in several troupes as well as a model for Spiegel.

Mrs. Stuart is survived by a daughter, Georgia F. Kellough, and her husband Tug, of Hope, Maine; a son, Kim F. Frizzell, and his wife Mary Kay, of Lakeville, Minnesota; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Andrew; and her beloved cat, Nuevo.

A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, October 28, 2024, at Mount Rose Cemetery. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
