Donald L. Kohr, age 95, of Cly, died at 6:45 PM Sunday, August 31, 2025, at York South Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was the husband of the late Nancy E. (Ort) Kohr.

Born January 27, 1930, in York County, he was a son of the late Lewis and Bertha (Shelley) Kohr.  After graduating from High School, he served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War.  After leaving the service, he worked for Met Ed for over 40 years the last 15 years in the control room at York Haven.

Mr. Kohr is survived by a son, Glen R. Ferree, and his wife Betty, of York Haven; two daughters, Linda M. Deneen, and her husband Ray, of York, and Diane E. Frantz, and her husband Richard, of Seven Valleys; six grandchildren, Lindsay Keller, Kelly Link, Chad Fetrow, Clint Fetrow, Tammy Schopf, and Daniel Frantz; six great grandchildren, Jacob, Curtis, Cameron, Taiven, Ashley, and Jocelyn; and a great-great granddaughter, Maddie. He was also preceded in death by a son, Stephen P. Ferree; two brothers, Wayne and Lewis Kohr; and four sisters, Katherine, Phyllis, Erma, and Irene.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM. Burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery with military rites presented by The York County Veterans Honor Guard.
