Ellen F. Joseph, age 76, of Blenheim, NJ and Lamar, SC, died in York, PA the at 9:20 AM Sunday, June 1, 2025, at her son’s home. She was the wife of the late Richard F. Joseph.

Born April 22, 1949, in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Valentine and Dorothy (Schwartz) Jowett, she retired as a waitress at Diamond Diner in Cherry Hill, New Jersey after 35 years of working the graveyard shift 11:00 PM -7:00 AM.

Mrs. Joseph is survived by two sons, Christopher F. Joseph, and his wife Debbie, of York, and Jason M. Joseph, and his wife Joann, of Franklinville, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Nathan, Joshua, and Matthew; fur-daughter, Destiny; a brother, John “Jay” Jowett, of Bayville, New Jersey; and a sister, Alice Welker of Gibbsboro, New Jersey. She was also preceded in death by a brother, David Jowett.

Ellen loved camping, the beach, spending time with loved ones and coffee Klatsch with family and friends.

Celebration of life is scheduled for Tuesday June 17th, 2025, 4pm-7pm at Saint John’s Episcopal Church, 1730 Old Black Horse Pike, Blackwood, New Jersey. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, are assisting with arrangements.
