Evelyn Mae Horner

Evelyn Mae Horner, age 82, of Dover Township, Dover, died at 1:15 AM Sunday, April 5, 2026, at Pappus House in Thomasville. She was the wife of the late Larry G. Horner.

Born November 28, 1943, in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Paul J. Donley, Sr. and the late Martha M. (Fetrow) Donley.  She retired in 1987 from Georgia Pacific and worked at Pat Morgart Bridal Shop after retirement.

Mrs. Horner is survived by a daughter, Toni L. Brown, and her longtime companion Robert Wray, of Shrewsbury; a son, Douglas G. Horner, and his wife Connie, of York; seven grandchildren, Jerry, Katie, Lacey, Jordan, Jessica, Donavan, and John; nine great grandchildren, John, Violet, Tiara, Olivia, Dylan, Liam, Elaina, Ava, and Makenna; three sisters, Lois A. Toomey, of Manchester, Doris I. Lantz, of Dover, and June L. Baney, of Mount Wolf; and a brother, Paul J. Donley, of Etters. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Beau Coeyman.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, April 13, 2026, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Viewing will be from 9-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery, Newberrytown.
