Foster R. “Pee Wee” Brown, Jr., age 69, of York, died at 5:50 PM Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Rest Haven-York.

Born October 31, 1955, in Columbia, he was a son of the late Foster R. and Flonnie E. (Richardson) Brown.  He served in the US Navy and retired as a self-employed contractor.

Mr. Brown is survived by a daughter, Carrie L. Brown, of York; four grandchildren, Tamrin, Jeanette, Tavianna, and Xavier; two great grandchildren, Teagan and Isaac; five brothers, three sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

A viewing is scheduled for 1-3:00 PM Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with flag presentation at 3:00 PM by The York County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
