Mr. Francis W. Mastrouni, age 81, of Guilford Township, Chambersburg, died at 7:10 AM Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born June 27, 1943, in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was one of fourteen children to the late Giuseppe and Hattie (Figley) Mastrouni.  He first served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, and then worked as a self-employed painter, from which he retired.  He had been aa member of VFW, American Legion, and American Veterans in Gettysburg.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Mastrouni is survived by a son, Francis W. “Frankie” Mastrouni, II, of Gettysburg, and Frankie’s mother, Valerie A. Gilbert.
