Fred Frank Livingston White, IV, age 86, of Manchester Township, York, died at 11:00 PM Monday, July 14, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the former husband of the late Evelyn M. “Lynn” Reichhelm.
Born June 12, 1939, in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of the late Fred F. L. White, III, and the late Helena (Hare) Bly, he retired from the Baltimore Public School system where he taught high school history at Southern, Northern, Mergenthaler, and Patterson High Schools. He had also coached High School football for the District.
Mr. White was a passionate model train collector beginning at an early age. He also collected classic cars, often competing in various events across the country with his cars. He loved the Ravens and grew up an avid Mickey Mantle and baseball fan. Fred also loved dogs.
He is survived by two stepsons, Robert E. “Rob” Reichhelm, and his wife Angel, of Parkville, Maryland, and Scott Reichhelm, and his wife Kathleen, of Baltimore, Maryland; and a grandson, Smith Reichhelm.
Burial is scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 23, 2025, in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 East Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM.
