Gerow D. Brill

Gerow D. “Gerry” Brill, age 85, of Manchester Township, York, died at 9:45 AM
Monday, February 15, 2021 at his residence. He was the husband of Elaine P.
(Stoll) Brill.

Born November 29, 1935 in New York, he was a son of the late John A. Brill.
He was retired as a Patent Attorney, having earned his Bachelor’s Degree in
Electric Engineering, Master’s Degree in Tax Law, Juris Doctorate from the
University of New Hampshire, and a second Juris Doctorate from the
University of Baltimore. He was a member of Temple Beth Israel and
Shrewsbury Rotary Club.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Brill is survived by two sons, Ken M. Clapp, and his
wife Victoria, of New Freedom, and Steven R. Clapp, of Jacksonville, Florida;
six grandchildren, Kevin, Daniel, Allen, Jessica, David, and Becca; two
brothers, Robert and Bruce Brill; and a sister, Carolyn Gambrel.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Private burial will be in
United Hebrew Cemetery, Baltimore, Maryland, with Rabbi Jeffrey Astrachan
officiating. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George
Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
