Gina A. Conrad Obituary

Gina A. Conrad, born on May 7, 1960, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, June 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, friendship, and cherished memories. She lived life with enthusiasm, kindness, and an adventurous spirit that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.


Gina was a proud graduate of Dallastown High School. Throughout her career, she shared her creativity and talent as a designer with Keener Kitchens. She later owned and operated the Hideaway Tavern in York, Pennsylvania, where she enjoyed connecting with the community and creating lasting friendships. Gina also worked in real estate, helping many individuals and families find places to call home.


An avid golfer, Gina enjoyed spending time on the course and was a proud member of the Outdoor Country Club. She was a devoted fan of Penn State football and rarely missed the opportunity to cheer on the Nittany Lions. Gina also loved traveling with her late husband, James, creating countless memories through their adventures together. In later years, she especially treasured the winter months she spent in the Bahamas, where she formed many dear friendships.


Gina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Conrad; her father, Caron E. Aldinger; her mother, Marie L. (Deardorff) Aldinger; her sister, Cindy Bankert; and her brother-in-law, Ralph Bankert.


She is survived by her loving companion of eight years, James Fisher; her stepmother, Cherelle Aldinger; her aunt, Marylin and her husband, Dwight; and her extended family, including cousins, Kelli Triplett, Chris Triplett and his wife, Shannon, Kaitlyn and her husband, Jarrad Fulgenzi, Colton, Calab, Dan and Abby Triplett, Connor, Mia, Coraleigh, Jordyn and Ken Miller, and Hazley.


Gina will also be deeply missed by the Pollyanna Girls, her many cherished friends in the Bahamas, and her faithful best friend, Snoozie.


Those who knew Gina will remember her warm smile, generous heart, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty to family and friends. Whether on the golf course, cheering for Penn State, traveling with loved ones, or enjoying times with friends, Gina embraced life fully and made every moment count.


Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, PA. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Entombment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
