Gregory S. Bennett, Sr.

Gregory S. Bennett, Sr., age 68, of Mount Wolf, died at 7:20 PM Saturday, July 20, 2024, at his residence.

Born November 13, 1955, in Hanover, he was a son of the late John S. and Jozefa (Jakubowski) Bennett.  He operated Harvest Moon Fruit and Produce Stand, until the time of his illness, and had previously worked for GEA Refrigeration, and B & O Railroad.  He was also the former owner of the Tre-Mar Restaurant and Lounge in York.

Mr. Bennett is survived by a sister, Gale S. Sweeney, of Mount Wolf; a niece, Stacy Bupp, and her husband James; and two great nieces, Delani Bupp, and Mackenzie Machulcz, and her husband Jacob; and a great nephew, James Bupp. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Louis Spiegel.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
