Jane Warncke

Jane Warncke, age 87 died February 24, 2021 at her residence. She was the wife of the late
James Steigerwalt Warncke.

Mrs. Warncke was born August 3, 1933 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the
late Norman and Claire (Daugherty) Peffer. She was a Registered Nurse, and had graduated
from St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Warncke is survived by her three children, Keith and his wife Terri, Claire and her husband
Ronald Brosse, and Michael and his wife Beth; four grandchildren, Keith and Kristen Warncke,
Skylar Brosse Quattlebaum, and Bailey Brosse Cline; and two great grandchildren, Reed
Quattlebaum and Henley Jane Cline.

There will be no viewing. A private graveside service and burial will be held at the convenience
of the family at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and
Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
