Janet B. Dallmeyer

Janet B. Dallmeyer, age 93, of Spring Garden Township, York, died at 8:30 PM Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Donald C. Dallmeyer.

Born April 6, 1929 in Red Lion, she was the only child of the late Ervin and Carrie (Urey) Mundis.  She had been a member of the Young Women’s Club, and the Country Club of York.  She had also been a volunteer at the Hospitality Shop of York Hospital, and enjoyed yoga and exercising at the YWCA.

Mrs. Dallmeyer was is survived by a son, Randy L. Dallmeyer, and his wife Linda, of York; a daughter, Donna D. Shoff, and her husband Jeff, of Spring Grove; six grandchildren, Tracy Lattuca, Kim Thompson, Nicole Knarr, Genevieve Douty, Megan Hubbard, and Alexander Shoff; six great grandchildren; and a great-great grandson, Enzo.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, April 22, 2022 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York.  Viewing will be 9-10:00 AM. Burial will be at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
