Jeane E. Schroeder

Jeane E. Schroeder, age 81, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 10:05 AM Monday, January 11, 2021 at her residence.

Born April 22, 1939 in Springettsbury Township, she was a daughter to the late George and Anna (Buchar) McKinley. She was retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant from Pleasant Acres, Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after 34 years of employment.  She was a member of Druck Valley United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Schroeder is survived by a son, Scott A. Schroeder, and his companion Lisa Benkert, of York; two daughters, Jamie E. Tufarolo, and her husband James, and Sueanne Spataro, and her husband Andrew, all of York; four grandchildren, Raymond, Malcolm, Marcus, and Shane; five great grandchildren, Camlyn, Drew, Grant, Kaia, and Brennan. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Bobby Lee; a brother, George McKinley; and four sisters, Rusty Ginter, Dorothy Wasser, Kay Fry, and Carol Stackhouse.

Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of private services.
