Jeffery S. Schwartz

Jeffery S. Schwartz, age 85, of Manchester Township, York, died at 3:25 PM Sunday, August 2, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Beatrice E. (Lloyd) Schwartz.

Born April 11, 1941, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Rudolph and Freda (Diamond) Schwartz.  He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in 1963. He retired from Sears, serving as a Regional Manager for many years. He was a member of Shiloh American Legion, the Out Door Country Club, and the Steelman’s Association Hunting Club in Edinboro, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Schwartz is survived by a son, Aaron M. Schwartz (Jennifer), of Etters; three grandchildren, Madisen (Danny), Hailey (Houston), and Regan (Shane); seven great grandchildren; and his longtime caregiver, Lisa Lieberknecht. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Roberta Solomon.

William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of private funeral arrangements, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery, Newberrytown.
