Jemon Craig Grant, born May 30, 1960, in York, PA to Jemon Grant, of York, and the late Laura M. (Kennedy) Grant. Craig departed this life on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital at the age of 65.

He was a 1979 graduate of William Penn Senior High School class of 1979. After graduation, Craig served in the United States Army.

Craig enjoyed watching old westerns, wrestling, and his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. His favorite foods were KFC, oxtails, and kale.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Jemon Grant, siblings, Carolyn Ray, Bobby G. Grant (Beverly), Cheryl A. Grant, Jamie Walker-Grimes, Charles Graham; three nieces, Alicia P. Kennedy, Adrienne Grant, and Breah N. Loper; grand-nephew, Ajahni A. Kennedy, grand-nieces, Aja A. Kennedy, Ameerah M. Grant-Abdulhaqq, and Alayna N. Grant; and a host of family members, friends, and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Minister Sonia E. Loper.

A visitation is scheduled from 12:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York.
