Joanne B. Barnett

Joanne B. Barnett, age 91, of Dover Township, Dover, died at 2:31 PM Sunday, October 8, 2023, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Barnett.

Born March 16, 1932, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Herman and Alice (Jones) Dietrich, she retired as a receptionist from a podiatrist office in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Shiloh American Legion Post #791 Auxiliary, Daughters of the Nile, and Order of the Eastern Star in Pittsburgh.  She was also a life member of West York VFW Post #8957 Auxiliary.

Mrs. Barnett is survived by a son, Keith E. Barnett, of Dallastown; a daughter, Deborah S. Neimiller, and her husband Ken, of Rockwood; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.  She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Maire, Ruth, and Alice.

William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, is in charge of private funeral arrangements.
