Jody S. Fritz, age 72, of York Township, died at 4:24 PM Saturday, November 16, 2024, at her residence.

Born February 3, 1952, in York, she was a daughter of the late John Dart and the late Thelma (Althoff) Yessler.  She retired from York College of Pennsylvania, where she worked in administration, and was a volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocacy for children.

She is survived by a sister, Linda Campbell, of Bethany Beach, Delaware; a brother, Richard Dart, of Mount Wolf; seven nieces and a nephew; and her very special best friend, Lori Prowell. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Jacqueline Eppinger and Barbara Goodrich.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Friday, November 22, 2024, at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, 25 West Springettsbury Avenue, York, with The Rev. Stanley Reep officiating. Viewing will be from 9:30-10:30 AM. Burial will be at 1:30 PM Friday at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
