John R. Gilchrist

John R. Gilchrist, age 59, of East Manchester Township, Mount Wolf, died at 1:00 AM Friday, January 20, 2023, at his residence. He was the husband of Angel R. (Adrian) Gilchrist.

Born February 3, 1963, in Fort Polk, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Monika (Linde) McDonough, and the late Richard J. Gilchrist.  He worked as a general foreman for Lewis Tree Service for more than 20 years, and most recently for Tiger Trash. He was also a US Army veteran.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Gilchrist is survived by three sons, Dalton R. Gilchrist and his wife Katlyn, of Mount Wolf, Jayden A. Gilchrist, of Mount Wolf, and Gavin J. Gilchrist, of Lockhaven; a daughter, Karissa Gilchrist, of Williamsport; five grandchildren, Serenity, Tristan, Kasen, Marleigh, and Alexander; and a sister, Janet Schlegal, of Wrightsville.

William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester is in charge of private funeral arrangements.
