John Reynolds “Renny” Behrman, age 90, of Springfield Township, Dallastown, died at 10:34 AM Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Nancy (Peregrim) Behrmann.

Born July 6, 1935, in Scranton, he was the only child of the late John C. and Josephine (Reynolds) Behrmann.  He retired as Executive Vice President of Finance for Dentsply International and, prior to that, worked for Scott Paper Company and Price Waterhouse.  He was a member of The Country Club of York, and the former Lafayette Club.  As an avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of the Wynooska Club in Pike County, Pennsylvania and the North American Deer Farmers Association where he was committed to improving the health and genealogy of the American Red Deer population.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Behrmann is survived by a daughter, Nancy Lorraine “Lorrie” Littlefield, and her husband, Kent, of Hummelstown; a son, John Scott Behrmann, and his wife Marie, of Seven Valleys; five grandchildren, Casey, Kyle, Collin, Ryan, and Eric; and six great-grandchildren, Archer, Asa, Lyra, Wren, Larkin, and Iris.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 PM Friday, June 19, 2026, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York. Visitation will be from 1:00-1:30 PM. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to York County Parks and Recreation or the North American Deer Farmers Association.
