Joyce E. Myers, age 95, of Manchester Township, died at 3:58 AM Saturday, July 20, 2024, at SpiriTrust Lutheran in the Village at Sprenkle Drive.

Born November 18, 1928, in York, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Helen (Hartman) Myers.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Shippensburg University and her Master’s Degree from Colombia University and was retired from York Suburban School District where she taught mathematics for 34 years. She was a member of Quickel Lutheran Church, Zion’s View; and the Order of the Eastern Star, where she served as Worthy Matron from 1978-1979.

Ms. Myers is survived by two nephews, Thomas W. Wolfgang, and his wife Deborah, of Wellsville, and David F. Wolfgang, and his wife Rita, of Harrisburg; great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, July 27, 2024, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York with her Pastor, The Rev. Roy Stetler, officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
