Joyce R. Pennington, of Gettysburg, passed October 20, 2024, at Gettysburg Hospital. She was the owner and operator of Joyce’s Hairstyling Salon in Gettysburg.

She is survived by her brothers, Eric Wickline, of York Springs, Dennis Wickline, of Pittsburgh, Nevin Wickline, of East Berlin, and Kevin Wickline, of Yeagertown; her sister, Vivian Howell, of Dover; and her longtime boyfriend, Gary Shank, of Elizabethtown. She was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney Wickline, and her parents Rosser S. and Gladys (Ecker) Wickline.
