Joyce A. Topper

Joyce A. Topper, age 81, of Manchester Township, York, died at 9:20 AM Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at SpiriTrust Lutheran in the Village at Sprenkle Drive. She was the wife of the late Joseph I. Topper, Jr, who was the love of her life for 27 years.

Born February 12, 1943, in Carlisle, a daughter of the late Donald W. and Obern W. (Weibley) Miller, she had worked at Servomation for 10 years and was an Avon sales representative for 30 years. She was a member of Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church in North York.

Mrs. Topper is survived by a son, Bradley J. Topper, and his wife Caroline, of Lemoyne; two grandchildren, Bradley Topper, Jr. and Kaitlin Topper; a great granddaughter, Ivy Topper; and a sister Linda O. Strickler, of Chambersburg.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with her Pastor, The Rev. Beth Schlegel, STS, officiating. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
