Judith K. Snyder

Judith K. Snyder, age 84, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 7:00 AM Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at her residence. She was the wife of John H. C. Snyder, Sr.

Born November 9, 1941, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late James G. and Ada C. (Mitchell) Redmon. She was a member of Church of the Open Door and had worked as an adult caregiver.

Mrs. Snyder is survived by four daughters, Jody L. Rogers, Kim Roe, Tamala Hussein, and Toney Moenkhaus; two sons, John Todd, and Don Todd; four stepchildren, Dan Snyder, Luther Snyder, James Snyder, and Matt Snyder; grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Mark Redmon, and John H. C. Henry, Jr.; a sister, Margaret Ellis; and a brother, James Redmon.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, October 5, 2026, at Church of the Open Door, 8 Carlisle Court York. A reception with the family will follow. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
