Judy L. Gemmill

Judy L. Gemmill, age 63, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 10:38 AM Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Wellspan York Hospital. She was the wife of William H. Gemmill, Jr., they were together since the fourth grade.

Born August 12, 1959, in York, the daughter of the late Eugene Rodgers and the late Mary Jo (Meckley) Topper, she was a banquet manager and front desk clerk for Cross Keys Motor Inn.

In addition to her husband of 44 years, Mrs. Gemmill is survived by four brothers, Dony Rodgers, Jon Rodgers, Robert Peters and Heath Topper; two sisters, Lisa Einsig and Jenifer Rodgers; William’s sisters, Ruth Landis, Catherine Gemmill and Pamela Wright; William’s brother, Richard Shelton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel Peters and Robert Rodgers.
