Kathy A. Julius, age 80, of Spring Garden Township, York, passed away peacefully at 9:54 PM Monday, January 27, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Linden L.  Julius, II, with whom she shared 60 wonderful years of marriage.

Born August 13, 1944, in York, Kathy was the cherished only child of the late Philip and Elaine (Freedman) Crumbling.  A proud graduate with Honors from William Penn High School in 1962. Kathy later co-founded and co-owned Cars By Dealers Magazine where she built a reputation from her dedication, hard work and kindness all while having a great attention to detail.

Kathy will be remembered for her love of family, gentle spirit, and the joy she brought to those who knew her.  She is survived by her devoted husband Linden L. Julius II, her son, Ryan M. Julius, of York; her daughter, Tracy L. Julius, of York; and her three treasured grandchildren, Alexander Nyce, Giselle Julius, and Graham Julius.

Kathy enjoyed spending time with family at their beach home, shopping, movies and her daily life with Linden. Kathy’s kindness and unwavering devotion to her loved ones will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.

Family and friends are invited to honor Kathy’s life. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with The Rev. Kevin Shively officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 AM.  Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
