Linda A. Bushey, age 82, of Springettsbury Township, York, where she lived for more than 20 years, died at 8:25 AM Friday, August 14, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born February 5, 1944, in York, she was a daughter of the late Dale N. and Mary E. (Zeigler) Bushey. She had attended York City schools and enjoyed her earlier work with Shadowfax. She also enjoyed word search books as well as Christian music.

Ms. Bushey is survived by a sister, Nancy J. Tomes, and her husband Harold Tomes, Jr., of York; a brother-in-law, D. Robert Snyder, of Millsboro, Delaware; four nephews, four nieces, seven great nephews, and seven great nieces. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Susan E. Snyder; and a great nephew, Kyle Rauhauser.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Viewing will be from 12:30-1:00 PM. Burial will be with her parents in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
