Linda E. Mausteller, age 70, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 2:56 PM Wednesday, August 4, 2026, at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Born April 17, 1956, in Kitzinger, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Katharina (Else) Maurer and stepdaughter of the late Samuel Conaway. She earned her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked as a nurse at a number of York County Nursing Homes.

Mrs. Mausteller is survived by a daughter, Leah R. Mausteller, of Manchester; two sons, Adam R. Witmer, of Manchester, and Richard E. Mausteller, of Georgia; four grandchildren; three sisters, Hermine Meiler, of York, Susanne Conaway, of South Carolina, and Christine Stone, of South Carolina; and a brother, John Conaway, of Dover. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Randy Conaway and Samuel Conaway, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
