Luis A. Rosales Mejia, age 73, of York, died at 8:42 PM Monday, December 15, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Kenida Grullon.

Born February 12, 1952, in La Ceiba, Honduras, he was a son of the late Eulalio Rosales and Mejia Beatriz.  He had been employed in the hotel industry in New York City.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Rosales Mejia is survived by three stepsons, Frank Hernandez, and his wife Jessica, of Camp Hill, Randy Hernandez, of York, and Jason Hernandez, of York; two grandchildren; three brothers, Carlos, Dorian, and Victor Rosales Mejia, all of New York City; and five sisters, Mayra, Berlin, Nora, Beatrice, and Miriam.
