Marcia A. Fortney, age 77, of Reade Township, Blandburg, Pennsylvania, died at 12:25 PM Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Inners Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dallastown. She was the wife of the late David Fortney, Sr.

Born April 7, 1947, in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Melvin and Elizabeth Louise (Franks) Reardon, she worked as a medical secretary.

Mrs. Fortney is survived by a daughter, Wendy L. Hollen and Close family friend Daniel McClucas, of Dover; a son, David Fortney, and his wife Dana, of Marietta; three granddaughters, Krystal McClucas, Elizabeth Fortney, and Madison Heider; and a brother, Fred Reardon. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Reardon.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be scheduled by the family at a later date. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, is assisting with arrangements.
