Martin Luther Schilling, age 76, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 1:25 PM Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born May 28, 1948, in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Rev. Martin Luther Alexander Schilling, and the late Georgette Marie (Ludolff) Schilling.  He was a graduate of Shepherd University with a Bachler’s Degree in Business and retired in 2005 as an avid, automobile mechanic.

Mr. Schilling is survived by a brother, Mark Schilling, of Rockville, Maryland and a sister, Alyssa Schilling-Gegan, of Telford.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Alexis Schilling-Louie.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in Harold Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Greensburg.  Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
