Marvin D. Kehr

Marvin D. Kehr, age 66, of Manchester Township, York, died at 10:28 AM
Thursday, February 11, 2021 at his residence. He was the husband of Patricia
J. (Bailey) Kehr.

Born March 29, 1954 in Hanover, he was the son of Jean (Laughman) Kehr, of
Hanover and the late Dean Kehr, he was a 1972 graduate of York County
School-Technology.

He worked at many places from the age of 15, but he was most proud of the
years he worked at Quigley Motor Company. He looked under every Quigley
van he saw even as far as California and Florida and knew which ones he did
work on. He enjoyed vacations with friends, especially Florida and Cancun
but he was happiest at a NASCAR race. Of course in his mind, the only driver
that was worth going to see was Dale Earnhardt.

In addition to his mother and wife of 65 years, Mr. Kehr is survived by a
daughter, Angela Steckel, her husband Jimi; three sons, Marcus Kehr, his wife
Ashley, Kenneth Sheely, his wife Sherry, and Steven Sheely, his wife Marcy;
numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Denise Dunn,
her husband Chuck, and Sally MacIntire, her husband Michael. He leaves
behind aunts and uncles that he loved.

Funeral services are scheduled for 6:00 PM Friday, February 19, 2021 at
Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street,
York. Visitation will be 5-6:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to White Rose Senior
Center, 27 S Broad St # 1, York, PA 17403.
