Mary F. Snyder

Mary F. Snyder, age 90, of York, died Friday May 27, 2022 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard A. Snyder.
Born December 15, 1931, in York, a daughter of the late Thomas and Romaine (Smith) Eaton, she was a 1948 graduate of William Penn High School, where she was on the Volley Ball team, Basketball Team, and Athletics Club. She was retired from William Penn High School, after 31 years of employment, and enjoyed spending time with family.     
Mrs. Snyder is survived by a daughter, Cindy L. Cameron, and her husband Andy; two grandchildren, Ashley Richardson, and her husband Shane, and Andrew Cameron, and his wife  Kasey; three great grandchildren, Barrett Richardson, Aiden Cameron, and Cole Cameron; a brother, Ernie Eaton; and a sister, Gloria Ensminger. 
A celebration of life is scheduled for 1:30 PM Monday June 6, 2022 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with Pastor Sue Arnold, officiating. Visitation will be 1-1:30 PM. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.  
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406.
