Michael A. Kraft

Michael A. Kraft, age 72, of Manchester, died at 9:30 PM, Tuesday May 25, 2021 at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Kay A. (Frey) Kraft.

Born March 27, 1949 in York, a son to the late Chauncey E. and Catherine (Rouscher) Kraft, he was retired as a CNC Programmer and was retired from Keystone Railway Equipment in Camp Hill. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in York, and loved to fish, hunt, and golf.

In addition to his wife of 54 years, Mr. Kraft is survived by three daughters, Mindy J. Leland, and her husband Shawn, of Holly Springs, North Carolina, Melissa S. Campbell, and her husband Roger, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Michelle L. Myers, and her husband John, of York; five grandchildren, Madison Leland, Aidan Campbell, Delaney Campbell, Jenna Myers, and Jessica Myers; three sisters, Lisa, Kathy, and Tina; six brothers, Donnie, Ronnie, Bill, Dave, Bud, and Patrick. He was also preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with his pastor The Rev. Dr. Larry Covin, officiating. Visitation will be 9-10:00 AM. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
