Michael D. Shorb, age 70, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 7:35 AM Monday, January 5, 2026, at his residence.

Born March 15, 1955, in Hanover, he was a son of Nancy M. (Wantz) Miller, of Shrewsbury, and the late David E. Shorb. He is also survived by a sister, Carolyn J. Deardorff and husband Dale, of Dover; and a brother, Terry L. Shorb, and wife Lynn of Chester, Maryland and 2 nieces and a nephew.

In earlier years, Michael enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also had a love for muscle cars and motorcycles. In later years, he enjoyed getting together with family at the holidays and especially liked playing Christmas bingo with the family.
