Penny Ann Forkey

Penny Ann Forkey, age 68, of York Township, York, died at 6:58 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at her residence.

Born April 19, 1956, in York, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Rose (Hartlaub) Chrismer.  She had worked at Comcast, until the time of her illness, and had also served in the United States Army.

She is survived by three sisters, Joan M. Chrismer, Donna L. Schlosser, and Sherry R. Klim, all of York. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Tammy J. Chrismer, and Laura M. Hoskins.

Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of private funeral arrangements.
