In Loving Memory of Phyllis Jean Thomas (Leedy), age 81, of Dillsburg, who passed away Monday, June 3, 2024, at home after battling cancer. Phyllis was born on March 2, 1943, in York County, the daughter of the late David R. Leedy and Milda E. Leedy (Peters). Phyllis was one of 14 children. She graduated from Cedar Cliff High School in 1961.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Dale C. Thomas, Sr.; her daughter-in-law, Tammy L. Thomas; her granddaughter, Katrina M. Thomas; her sisters Martha Ventrice, Janet Krupar and Darlene Howard; brothers Paul Leedy, Galen Keenan, William Redish, Dewey Redish, Fred Eade, Harry Leedy, Herman Leedy, Pete Leedy, and Frank Leedy.

Phyllis is survived by one brother, Larry Eade of Altoona; one son, Dale C. Thomas, Jr. of Wellsville; two daughters, Michelle L. Staton and her husband Mark of Dover, and Charlotte L. Toomey and her husband Wayne, Jr. of Dillsburg. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Cassondra L. Webb, Carissa N. Regal, Zachary T. Staton, Kaylee M. Weaver, Darren M. Toomey and Ashley N. Toomey; as well as nine great grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Phyllis at a service and fellowship on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the Pinchot Park Assembly of God, 2755 Rosstown Road, Wellsville, PA, with the Rev. Timothy Imes officiating. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, is assisting with arrangements.
